All items sold on our website are non-refundable. All lingerie and intimate wear are 100 % non-returnable and non-refundable. Lingerie and intimate wear sold are Final Sale! We do however, offer an exchange for store credit on the "Sugar Kookie Shaper" Only! All other products from this website are non-returnable & non-refundable. Final sale. 

Packages returned to us for any reason other than damaged/missing product are subject to reshipping cost and fees. (Ex. customer entering wrong shipping address (Return to sender cases) will be required to pay for re-shipping package/item to the correct shipping address)
